Why does this happen? Well, this is because penis exercises work by expanding your penile chambers through tissue re-growth and cell division. These processes do not happen the same way for all men.
2. Do not count on a fixed growth rate...
Now yes, penis exercises do bring about consistent results. This means that as long as you are consistent with the exercise routines that you find in a reputable penis exercise program, the tissues, chambers, and muscles of your penis will be working at making your penis larger.
